Renaissance popes, Martin Luther, the origin of the word Protestant, Protestant revolt, seeds of anti-semitism, more heresy, Council of Trent, Catholic reformation, mystics, missionaries, St. Ignatius and the Spiritual Exercises, Society of Jesus, St. Francis de Sales and early apologetics, the first catechism, evangelization and the New World, establishment of St. Augustine, FL, shrine of the North American martyrs, Lake of the Blessed Sacrament, Galileo.   And on and on it goes right up through the Church in the present day.  What a tour through history!
